Keeping aside the discussion about AnujPama, what will be the hero's reaction to all this.

Will he support his jeevansathi Anupamaa as she can do no wrong or will he empathise with fellow pita (and secret lover) Anuj and understand his dukh?

V's will be in dharamsankat now. This is like Hobson's choice for him 😭

Dude his real duvidha lies in the fact that Maaya didnt fall for him and fell for the simp instead…

even after he showcased his killer dance moves on Mahashivratri but Maaya the fool fell on Anuj ke feet…

So his game plan is to track Maaya down and make her have an EMA with him, he is attracted to power and confidence isliye pehle Kavya, phir Anuj(when he was confident many moons ago) , then Mukku( power of money) then Anupamaa( when she said she was beck)

Brilliant, brilliant theory. Everything is falling into place now. Anupama didn't just say "Anupama ijj bek", she said "Swegwali Anupama ijj bek" - the level of confidence and power in that dialogue was of course irresistible to him. It's his kryptonite, after all.

I think we have our answer. It isn't a duvidha any longer. There is a clear winner.
