The reason Ashwini supported Sai then and now Pakhi is the same . There were times when Ashwini was partial towards Sai and supported her blindly over her son . The reason was simple Ashwini was never able to fight against BK and her husband for her rights and it hurt her deep down that she was helpless . Virat once during Ames Kand had accused Ashwini of favoring Sai to get even with BK . At that time it felt wrong but now if we look at it he wasn’t wrong . Ashwini used Sai then and now uses P . The difference is Sai thought Ashwini considered her as her daughter and fought for her whereas P uses Ashwini for her benefit and will dump her the moment Ashwini is of no use to her .

What twisted characters populate this show! Ashwini too is now no more a straight forward easily decipherable person.. I actually find myself marveling at how these makers continue to twist plots and roles.. Now only if they would end the triangle and bring in a new conflict.

Ashwini is mad. She should be selfish and tell Virat to put colour for his mom and dad first.
