So will we also receive similar love and blessings from Devi MAA as he does? Will she give utmost priority to the new person as well, the same way as the simp? 😈

As I said, don’t need her blessing. I prefer cold hard cash. I don’ t work for free. Anupama may, but I do not.😈.

Maaya had legal papers signed by orphanage authority stating she is leaving her child for 7 years to orphanage , no one can adopt her ? ACC to my knowledge there is a difference between a daycare centre for kid & orphanage. It's foolishness to show Maan not adopting CA. I don't buy 2 rupees sympathy story of maaya devi at all , 90's film had better story line then her sympathy story .

Was she in coma in all 7 yrs ? That she never care a damn about CA , what good she did for CA in whole these years ?

In the show it was already clarified Maaya did NOT give up the baby for adoption. Period. Orphanage or not. In any country of the world, if birth parent is alive, and has not given up the baby for adoption, one cannot adopt the baby. She does not need to sign anything to prove her rights. In fact the orphanage or the fostering/adopting parents need the paper/her signature to prove the birth parent allowed it. It’s the other way around.

And she was not in Coma. This part was already clarified that she was always in touch of the baby through the caring agency, not revealing her identity to the kid, that’s it.

Edit - And with the proofs/videos Maaya recorded in her phone, if she ever plans to use it, in no world this type of parent would be allowed to adopt the baby. 🤪

Bold 1 - No biological parent needs a sympathy story for exercising their rights on their child, they get that right automatically!

Bold 2 - We can ask the same question to Apmaan, what have they done for CA in 2 months ?

1.Tuition fees bharna bhool gyi Anumaid.

2.Christmas form fill krna bhool gyi Anumaid.

3.Panic attack aane pr chodd ke chali gyi Anumaid.

4.Dance competition mein akela chodd ke chali gyi Anumaid.

Keeping aside all the pros and cons, there was no way the show could have justified Apmaan getting the child's custody when the biological mother is alive and so they butchered her character as a desperate homebreaker.

A rich couple like simp and Maid can surely subvert the rules to their advantage and manipulate authorities. Has Maaya officially surrendered the child? How did Apmaan start fostering before completing 2 years of marriage? The adoption regulations laid down by the government specify a detailed procedure including follow up report by the Committee for 2 years since the start of foster care. Have the writers ever looked up these details?

No point discussing sense in this show. CA ke naseeb mein Tamashahs ke abuses aur unki ghulaami karna hi likha hai which is what her prospective adoptive mother will teach her

Oh man, yes! This was exactly my thought - it felt to me like they introduced a new character for the next drama - first made her all mysterious (or what they thought was mysterious), then they showed her clicking videos so as to deepen the drama even further, then they gave such her an emotional background story so Anupama can be the torch-bearer and bangle-clinker of women empowerment; and at the end of it all, it feels like they themselves couldn't justify why Anupama and Anuj deserves the child.

But they did not worry, because they had an instant solution they've used multiple times in the past!

Simple - destroy her character. Make her the bad guy. This time when she says 'She's going to take away Choti', everyone's going to be on Anuj's and Anupama's side!

Whatte solution

Apmaan fans were already on their side ya, they were justifying the adoption saying where are the DNA reports or Anumaid loves Anu a lot yada yada😳The same fans who were questioning Anuj on forcing his decision of adoption on Maa

But honestly whatever Maaya has done doesn't make her a bad mother, they make her an immoral person eyeing someone's husband!

I'd still be on Maaya's side if she wants to take her child away, Apmaan has not done a single thing to deserve CA..Atleast Maaya has saved her child's life by safeguarding her from flesh trade and above all she's her goddamn mother just like Anupamaid's Maa hoo ne, Maaya is also Maa hoo ne🤣
