Rajkumar Hirani. Except Sanju, I was can repeat watch all his movies anytime and they still make me laugh.
SLB is also good but he goes for sad theme with big curtains and costumes. I can’t repeat watch his movies.

Neither. Hirani has this tendancy to simplify complex issues which do not have easy answers as a fable.
SLB's characters are exhausting with their melodrama and divine love as if they are the only people in this world with problems. I'd have loved to see Bajirao's mother give him one tight slap for his tantrums. In a similar situation in PS-1, Aditya Karikalan's sister Kundavai tells him that the affairs to the kingdom is more important than his pouting over her splitting him from Aishwariya.
Also SLB puts his women on a pedestal as if they are a Devi.
i agree, slb was fine in khamoshi days atleast, and also he recycles old movies adding his opulence and most ppl dont realise it as he picks ones which most havent watched nowadays
hirani's films are very simplistic and also emotionally manipulative, in the sense that the emotions are not honest even when over the top, i thin his films will not age very well, but he picks subjects which are contemporary and resonate immediately with the audience
