How can we ascertain who wrote what? Like we do not have any idea who contributed more in Salim Javed films and who wrote what.
So how do we know what parts were written by Honey Irani?
Not "we"...That's exactly why I don't give a damn...because if one wants credit (and don't get any), one could be more specific for what one wants it (not just saying "I contributed"). So, did she say what her contribution was?

Sunny's issue must have been SRK getting 2 romantic, top songs and those songs playing on TV all day, SRK featured more in promotional material compared to him.
SRK has been main highlight of the film and others look like supporting actors in it. Whereas Sunny must have been told he was hero and SRK was villain. But film hardly looks anything like it and audience was rooting for SRK instead.
Sunny's issue with YRF, Yashji and Darr is HIS issue...and honestly, I've NO interest at all to ponder about HIS issue.
Fact is that SRK is the villain and Sunny the (positive and WINNING hero). It was neither Yashji's nor the script's fault that Sunny lost out...it was SRK's performance that made people root for him although being a violent stalker of the woman he was obsessed with. The love songs belonged to Rahul's desire to have Kiran like that in his life - they were essentiel to make his obsession a psychopathic one.
SRK's performance simply topped the rather bland performance Sunny gave, latter being miles away from SRK's intensity and belief that Kiran would finally accept his love and love him back...SRK was so convincing in portraying a deranged mind that one started to pity him instead of loathing him.
Whatever Aamir told may be true as a fact or true only in his mind. That again is of NO interest. He didn't want to do this role...he supposedly didn't see it as a movie-defining role. Yet that was exactly what SRK did. He saw Rahul as the one who leads the movie, who is the main protagonist, who gets the most attention...and he acted accordingly. He just was much more of an actor as Sunny was...Sunny felt undervalued, so he played accordingly. SRK - in the contrary - was adamant to be valued...and played accordingly. For him, Rahul was a lover who wanted nothing else than his (kind of) love being valued by Kiran. For Rahul, Sunil was the 'villain' and he the hero...so SRK played accordingly to that, too.
This forte of SRK to understand the character he plays and make people getting strong feelings for/against this character, that was what Yashji (and/or Aditiya) saw in SRK's Baazigar (and if I remember right, Yashji watched SRK's role in Mani Kaul's Idiot (Ahamaq) before casting him).
