Surprise! It's true! Like I've been saying since long, BB15 maybe a flop season, but the contestants, especially the winner is very popular still. Yesterday itself, with BB finale going on, she was right on top with BB16 contestants trending.

N this supposedly hit/ blockbuster season, but i don't see the craze for the contestants. Forget about last season's winner, but even some contestants r even very popular.

So i guess flop season did end up with popular winner n contestants too. The very fact that we are having this discussion proves it.

I agree that Tejasswi is popular but I don't think it's because she was so loved as a Big Boss winner. Her popularity started from Khatron Ke Khiladi 10 where she was probably the most loved contestant because she was genuinely good at stunts. Yes, she got more hype from being a Bigg Boss 15 winner but the hype was nowhere near as other Bigg Boss winners in recent years. Her popularity is still maintained because she got Naagin right after Bigg Boss.

Gauahar Khan, Gautam Gulati, and Siddharth Shukla are the most loved Bigg Boss winner. Even Rubina Dilaik who many call undeserving is far more loved as a Bigg Boss winner than Teja. Rubina has 2.3 million more followers on Insta than Teja and Rubina hasn't even been a part of a big project since BB. And by the way, Teja already had 3 million Insta followers even before entering Bigg Boss whereas Rubina only had 1 million. Teja was already really famous before BB

Archana was millions time better in terms of entertainment and TRP value. BB not only backstabbed the audience, they backstabbed the contestants, too.
