More than any characters these maa beta needs to change their thinking regarding DIL. That's why Angad compares money with people. He judges someone with their appearance and status rather their work. For Angad it will be long but going to be a rollar coaster journey when he will be fall for Sahiba with her natural beauty and simplicity.

angad also said he wanted a hardworking independent girl who can take control of her own life . he said he hates girls who use beauty to change their fate , who take shortcuts to go up in life and those who cant see beyond themselves. it is another thing that he could not spot that seerat belongs to the category that he does not like and he is going to pay the price for falling for seerat. but there is nothing wrong in what he said about the kind of girl he likes and it is clear that he did not want a brand ambassador.

as for manveer i am yet to gauge her at the moment she seems open to having a daughter in law the way she is going about this marriage. we have to see how her character progresses in the show

Exactly. To be honest, none of Angad's expectations are wrong, individually. It's just that he wants them all in the same person, which is a little unrealistic. She could have some of the features he expects, then learn a few others after he wedding to him, after all, couldn't she?

And anyways, it's not like Sahiba is perfect either. As much as I understand why she does what she does that doesn't excuse the fact that a) She tends to find reasons to blame Angad for things that are NOT his fault. And b) Sahiba kare tho theek hai, koi aur kare tho kutta is what her stand seems to be on quite a few things. For example, lying.... Would she be okay with Garry's lies to Seerat in the future? No. But she's having no qualms now lying to the Brar's beyond her initial objections, is she?

That's why I say Angad is very superficial or to say a TYPICAL MAN brought up by a mother who follows patriarchy 👎🏼

Omg, I am afraid that everyday we might find a faulty traits of the leads..but this is also interesting.Story of imperfect people!
