Maya is the bio-mother, unless she says Anuj is the father, he is just the foster father nothing more. Documents are in her corner, DNA is in her corner and Maya has been collecting proof that she can use in court. She can bring Shah family one by one as proof of how Leela and Pakhi, and Toshu are toward Ca. The neighbors can say what kind of background they have as well.

Anupama barely can control her life, keep herself in one place, and has left her foster child behind to run after her family, all can be used by Maya to establish that she will never put her child first. Maya does have a strong case if the writers write it properly.

Have said it countless times that even if one were to assume that Anujpama have good intentions and give them the benefit of doubt, there is still no way that they'll protect her from Shahs who already detest her and view her as a hurdle to takeover K Industries. Foster mother may also mould her to become next gen unpaid maid for tamashahs. It's not a healthy environment at all for a child to grow up in.

True i am more worried about this fact only

Barkha and maids can take care of CA all life

But anupama and anuj both will force CA to be subservient to Shahs and anupamas 3 kids
