kaviaan scenes were cute but really jeetu bhai and viaan scenes were more of a highlight for me. there is genuine affection between viaan and jeetu bhai and it is not fake. whereas with ehsaan, it is more forced because ehsaan does not care for him really.

for jeetu bhai and his wife, this party is a huge deal because they have no children. so that means it would have been a private celebration because unlike other peers, they don't have children to organize it for them. so no family members setting up to celebrate them. here, viaan took the initiative and made it happen. like a son. and he didn't have to. ❤️

I noticed that twice he gave him a drink. First one seemed like alcohol to me, and second one was definitely spiked. I don't know why but I am shocked. Ehsan's transition to villain seems very abrupt and downright cheap based on his latest actions.

I also don't understand why Katha tolerates him. He is giving off creepy vibes now. Aarav recognises it. Katha is uncomfortable but still goes along with Ehsan. Recipe for disaster.

Agreed. I expected them to turn Ehsan's character grey. He is downright negative now. The scene even feels out of place in this show. Is the show facing TRP issues? This is a scene for TRP audience and not normal Sony audience based on my experience. Last Sony shows I have watched are KRPKAB 1,Yeh pyaar nahi to kya hain and recently Ishq Par Zor Nahi. I can't recall ever seeing such bad characterisation just to turn someone negative.

It was a lovely episode up to this scene. Katha has started observing Viaan. Both are stealing glances....reached the point where they were looking directly at each other during Katha's dance with Ehsan.

What Eshaan did was he “ mixed up few different type alcoholic drinks “

Like Vodka & Whisky so what happens is it becomes a dangerous combo ... both have different type of ingredients both are high in spirit content ...

Most of the time people “ vomit “ .then knock out few hrs .. Luckily Viaan didn't vomit !

ONS ... He had whisky on rocks that means whisky dry with out adding water or soda whisky with ice cubes only

... He drank one peg or two out of tension I guess

Tester Viaan examiner also feels tension at times

If he had drunk too much he would be snoring and sleeping totally out doing nothing

I used to love their friendship so much❤️ I don't understand Ehsan ko itna extremely negative kyu bana rahe hain? Atleast just keep him grey. I kind of feel they are deliberately making him more and more black just to make us all feel for Viaan. But the sudden change in Ehsan digest nahi horaha mujhse

Few excited employees were clearly shown recording their boss Viaan's group dance through out with their mobile phones, from one side.

Guessing that Ehsan coming in between his dance thrice, making Viaan forcibly drink from a glass is recorded in couple of video clips which Viaan/Katha/Jeetu bhai get to watch the next day in office.👍🏼 Viaan refused when Jeetu Bhai lovingly got him a peg of whisky, later he was pulled to dance floor so there was no time gap for him to get himself drunk & then start dancing. So truth that its Ehsan that made Viaan drunk has to come out.😳

my guess is they want to show us that you can't judge a book by its cover. someone who seems polite may not be that way. it is becoming more clear that ehsaan is rather insecure person and hates being outshone. now, it could just be a life stage existential crisis. I joked earlier in the day that maybe he got some realization that he is now on the marriage market.

perhaps we were so taken by viaan that we didn't see it earlier -- it isn't just about katha. but rather ehsaan can't bear to have the attention not be on him even if it is anyone else in the party. I feel that his jovial nature in some ways is fake. he plays it hard but somehow people don't take to it like he hopes.

so in the end, despite viaan being moody and morose, it is viaan that people look up to in the office, it is viaan that people are affectionate with and it is viaan that coworkers asked to dance. ehsaan thinks of himself as fun but no one was asking ehsaan to light up the dance floor.

and ehsaan was literally acting like a teenager. so during the dance, he tried to take charge of the dance floor but no one including viaan wanted to follow his moves. instead, they were happy to keep dancing the moves they had been doing. so ehsaan wanted to ruin the night -- it also shows his lack of genuine affection for jeetu bhai as well.

this is a special night for jeetu bhai and his wife. why would you try to make sure that a coworker gets drunk? if you had any concern, you would instead be walking around to ensure no one is falling flat and ruining a special party.

so his problem is not just limited to gaining katha's attention but rather his problem is that he is always sidelined by viaan even when viaan is not trying at all. so there is a lot of supressed animosity that has nothing to do with viaan but rather ehsaan himself. so perhaps rather than the makers trying to make viaan better by blackening ehsaan, maybe they are trying to show that sometimes your so called friends aren't really.
