Going by aditi adnan interview, makers consider that viaan has exploited katha so they are taking their own time showing viaan as sudhra hero having no interest in katha

gul also borrows from EK -- imlie has 2 seasons of one man who can't decide for hundreds of episodes which sister he wants. and apparently it is a curse because it affects generation after generation. 😆

so gul isn't any better. EK just happens to be weirdly entertaining through the madness because it is absurdly funny. 😂

Gul has her own share of issues.

Ekta kapoors couples are toxic but the chemisty is always off the charts, especially in the earlier days.

We do come across such young working men & women in society, who after suddenly losing their spouse/partner become recluse, anti social, away from partying, stop indulging in themselves, avoiding to even dress up & look well. 😳Some immerse themselves in higher academics, some in jobs, some in family responsibilities to cope up that severe loss in their life, it may take few years to jolt them back to normalcy & make them socialize again. Katha may be one such type.

While it may sound strange, feel Katha was getting attached more to one close person at a time in her life, at any given stage.

After losing her mom as child Katha found solace in her father, then after him in Aadi, then after Aadi in Aarav. 🥺
