Only elderly, experienced, empathetic, balded hair person in Earthcon, Jeetu bhai.

Yeah..Ehsan was right once, Jeetu bhai could have got hyper tension or heart attack, for the kind of drama Viaan & Katha kept creating, be it Amrita case or with Heritage project for few days.🤪

So we need to assume only Jeetu bhai from father's old staff continued to work even now with their son's, rest all left on their own or got fired?😎 (makes sense why Viaan is respectful & sponsoring anniversary party on behalf of company to surprise & make him happy)

btw why aren't any middle aged or elderly staff persons seen working with Viaan & Ehsan?😔did they put up some HR rule for not hiring seniors, as their comfort zone is youngsters or <10 years experienced? 😳

good points -- even I have been wondering why they don't have many older employees. I initially thought it was a startup and hence, the emphasis on being single and working with no personal life type culture. however, if earthcon has been around for 50 years, where are the other employees like jeetu bhai? unless, after viraj's death, the company sort of floundered and then only revived after viaan took over? we definitely need answers on what happened to the company after viraj's death.
