Logically it’s not up to the kid to decide coz that’s the law, sure he will tell his wish, but at the end of the day Vinu is a child.

Also, there’s no quit in Sai and i guess everyone knows that already 🤗 I don’t want Sai to walk away coz I wouldn’t walk away if i had a child living with a bunch of criminals. No not never ever. I’ll spend every single day trying and fighting for what’s right for my child. And Sai will do the same. No matter what some say “Virat and Pakhi’s predicament and whatnot” I couldn’t care less 😉🤪 I don’t care about Sairat anymore, especially not the current one, so just Sai it is for me and she will win eventually ❤️

there is no way Sai going to CN is appropriate no matter what the reason. With the court case, its immaterial what Vinu wants also- sure it will be asked by judge. But even if Vinu wants P over Sai, but P is proven a criminal, an illegal surrogate, a woman who is mentally ill and dangerous, then there is no scope for Vinu being with her. And there is ENOUGH AND MORE PROOF of all of the above. So either he has to be with a child care agency/orphanage or with Sai- his biological mother. The old case can be reopened.Evidence is already there and now Waghmare and hotel staff, hotel CCTV can demonstrate that P is mentally unstable and V is once again guilty of dereiliction of duty. Instead of arresting or sending P to hospital for her behavior which is showing she is dangerous, he is taking her home and lying. Also he had no business taking P home when a case is registered against both him and P. What the F are they showing. What is the point of Sai's complaint if V can causally walk away with P as if she has not done anything wrong.. Vinu is not old enough to get emancipated from Sai even if he wants to not be with her and suddenly turns against Sai. As his biological mother Sai has ultimate haq on him and in this situation even if V is around as father and even if Vinu picks V and CNs over Sai- again by virtue of safety, the seriousness of criminal charges against all of them- custody HAS to go to Sai. She has NEVER waived her rights away. She is responsible and cspabale enough of raising Vinu and she has demonstrated that with Savi. Infact V should also lose any little claim he has on Savi also. Everything that separated her from Vinu is an accident or a result of deliberate plotting by V, P. And now its about time V and P pay the price. I want to see V lose his job and any little status/respect that he has. there has not been a more nalla IPS than him and this plot will be completely ridiculous if Sai has to compete or make any more sacrifices. She has already done enough. Its time to now show her get her baby back.

So they will show him entering the house ..

Why can't they tell that she s with the kid since 2 yrs old etc. Why to compare with Gods?
