Heyya guys, So it did take real long to update this one. They say when you are trying to write the first chapter after a break it's the most difficult and I wholeheartedly agree. I sat with this chapter for months. If not for you people continuing to visit the thread, keeping me and the story in your thoughts, I would have given up. Thank you Gauri, for that final push. Thank you new readers for finding this story and leaving your thoughts behind. You have no idea how your comments helped. This is a short one but I hope to come up with a new one very soon. Thanks for being patient. If you find this not up to mark, try thinking it has come from a rusty writer. Hopefully, I will bring the charm. The writing is anything but rusty, GN! It feels like you took off right from where you felt us. No force can wipe away the grin that I am sporting from the time I read this update, especially the part where Nishit first hears the unmistakable croon 😍 In one moment our hero is singing "Jag soona soona laage..." and in the very next he must be quoting "Itni shiddat se maine tumhe paane ki koshish ki hai … ki har zarre ne mujhe tumse milane ki saazish ki hai" 😆

So I believe this was the trip right before Kirti moved in with Urmi, right?

Just when Kirti had the epiphany that she doesn't need special people to be happy, her jugnu makes an entry, bringing back the fireflies in her tummy. The last we heard, she had called Nishit a "hurtful man". So what happens next in Goa is anybody's guess (except yours's, of course 😝)

I am super super super happy to read this update. The gap of 1 year felt non-existant. Now that you have got your momentum back, please don't stop. Fataak se next update likh daalo 😃

Monday mornings are always dull but you dear writer have brightened up my day. This is a perfect start for my week. Wasn't expecting an update so soon but I'm super glad and thrilled to know that you'll be continuing my favourite story. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! 😄

So finally Nishit and Kirti are taking the much needed break from the regularity of life, this couldn't have come at a better time. All thanks to their friends for pulling them to the trip.

There is something in nature that truly makes one forgot all about the difficulties of life and just makes one live in the present soaking up the aesthetic pleasure, I'm so happy that these two troubled souls are going have some serene time away from the chaos of life.

Whenever we go for a trip, even if one doesn't get much sleep and is tired one can't stop themselves from immediately setting out and exploring the nature, so it's understandable that Kirti, Debbie, Pratham & his GF went for site seeing instead of setting up the tents. And the journey during towards the destination in itself is another unforgettable experience, eating those road side pakoras or kullad ka chai.

So dear Kirti has an admirer in her group, well not very surprising, i wish to see how Nishit will react to this if he comes to know if this 🤭

I like the way Debbie always has the right kind of words for Kirti, especially with her telling Kirti not to worry about not reciprocating Anirudh feelings. Debbie seems a very chilled out person who knows to enjoy life.

Just imagining Kirti watching the parrot through binoculars and also spending some time on the swings makes me so happy. Sometimes even the smallest of things can make one happy.

Dear writer, your words of wisdom about happiness being a choice to make and ones own responsibility and depends solely on them alone touched my heart! This is so true but most often we always forget it and keeping looking for people to gives this happiness.

This story has some wonderful life lessons and this is one amoung them and I'm going to remember this and follow it. So, thanks a lot for making us see things the way it should be seen, dear writer. And you always suprise me, in each chapter there is atleast one thing I don't expect and It happens, initially many parts of the story I did not guess that Nishit is going to be the one for Kirti. In this chapter I did not guess that Nishit is going to meet Kirthi and their trips getting amalgamated, what a beautiful suprise this is for me.

And this unexpected meeting happens in such a cute and adorable way with Kirti trying her hand at guitar (another suprise, when did she learn it) and Nishit just reaching their on time to catch the beautiful song (him trying to judge it, it's so natural and one can't help it I guess 😂. )

And the reference of Jugnu was too cute.

This story got much more exciting now, I am eagerly waiting to see how this trip goes for them when they are in each other's vicinity. And finally Kirtis friends especially Debbie will be able to guess who is the person that makes our Kirti so lost in thoughts.

Once again thanks a lot for taking out time to continue writing this story and appreciate you for not giving up when it was lil difficult to restart after a year.

Yes dear, even I can't wait for Nishit to hold the guitar and sign some soulful songs thinking about our Kirti. There is some charm when a man plays a guitar. Reminds me of their college days when Kirti used to enjoy his songs. What a jodi these both are, both can sing so well and having this common interest.

Now we get to see what happened on that trip. They are at the same location, so something has to give.

He is so attuned to her. He knew right away it was her.

Can we have him play while she sings?
