A single male or female can adopt till age of 55 in india
A woman can adopt boy or girl but single man can adopt only boy and not girl
Child 0-6 years cannot be given to fostering as per Indian laws and can only be put for adoptions. So whats CA age?
How was she given for fostering or adoption to maan? when all laws are against Maan
All laws in india state Maan can neither foster nor adopt till they finish 2 years of marriage atleast. Only than they can apply for both.
Also 2nd law no small kid till age of 6 or 7 can be fostered for long only few months by any family as they may become over attached and issues arise. This is also indian law. This is for mental safety and to stop abuse of fostered child by foster family. Counselling and periodic visit must for fostering. This include asking foster relatives, friends and neighbours how child is treated by family. Imagine if indian law only followed by authorities first month maan will lose CA as baa, pakhi, anupama all abusing her. Neighbors of baa and barkha herself would tell truth than. Also before fostering background check of anupama and anuj family is done, everyone knows what all would say about anupamas maykaa. No orphanage authority would send foster child to a home where anupama or shahs are associated as their behaviour would be told by all neighbours and relatives while doing back ground checks.

When orphanage incharge knew Maaya was alive why send CA with maan without Maaya permission - after all shes her mother

Just because a child is in orphanage the orphanage owner does not own that child or have rights to give her to anyone who comes visiting orphangae inside after 5 days of marraige to adopt.
What if maan divorce after 2 to 3 years where will CA go? Anupama does not want her and anuj is man cannot adopt girl where will CA go?
I know a case whee family adopted but mother hates that girl child dad loves a lot. Finally family sent child back to orphanage after 5 years with them as they do not want her. This happen in india only. And child was back in orphange after 5 years when she was 10-11 years when no one would adopt her. Either they kill child or torture her or send her back in india if family members start hating adopted child after few years. This also happens
Anupama does not really want or love CA only drama shes doing. If barkha and ankush or adhik was not there CA would be alone in kapadiya mansion from 8am to 8pm mostly uncared for. Now is time CA goes back to Maya or orphanage best she can adopted by someone else. Or after 11-12 years no one will adopt her.
Anupama will never care for her all life above Shahs or her own 3 kids thats sure no matter what nonsense she spews like yashoda. Stop comparing Gods mother with this anupama. Anuj is business tycoon he has to work 12 to 14 hours a day and travel now and than has no much time to CA. She will be left at mercy of barkha or maids only all life till shes big anyways.
As far as i saw after anuj only adhik loved CA very much. Even barkha and ankush love and care for her even more than any shahs or anupama.
I would still say a own parent is still better than anupama or being shahs relative. CA will be safer and not abused under own parent. Yes anuj will lose child but as per law he cannot adopt a girl child. Let him adopt a boy child if he wants. Girl child requires more mother attention as they grow actually.
If CA remains hopefully ankush illegitimate son comes along and becomes the sibling and gives her company all day and plays with her guides her etc so shes not lonely full day like now after school. Barkah is there but shes more like mother age, CA requires younger kids to give her company an elder brother or sister to play and who she can share her school secrets or any issues with.
Anuj from how he treated Mukku is incapable of providing CA that support. Adhik no longer stays in kapadiya house. So ankush illegetimate son can take up sibling or elder role missing in CA life. Anupam ashould have done that actually help in home work and talk what happen full day at school and play ith her give her company etc butt................
