You do realise you entire post is based on some imaginary situation which didn't happen in the script.

Abhimanyu will prove that Akshara is a unfit mother and she will lose her child , how do you know something like this happen for sure that Abhimanyu will gile such case against her ?

And even if there is some possibility that he will file a court case then too ,do you really think Goenka family would have let something like that happen.

But as a matter of fact now Abhimanyu actually have a solid ground to prove against Akshara if this case goes to court for custody battle 🤔

Lol, I mean, that is the discussion we are having, right? What would have happened? Of course, it's an imaginary situation. I am not talking about certainty. I am talking about Akshara's pov. Her husband blamed her for the death of their kids and his brother for doing something she didn't think was wrong. Then divorced her right after she had miscarried. She was heartbroken and walked away, climbed on a bus, and went as far as she could. Then when she found out about the child, she tried contacting Abhimanyu ( not a lot, I agree).

But part of the reason she never went back to goenkas or informed them about the kid is that she doesn't want to interact with Abhimanyu again and tolerate all that hate.

I do think that the way Abhimanyu saw her then or even sees her now, he thinks she is an irresponsible person who, in mahanta sacrifices loved ones. And she may be that, but to her this means if he knows about the kid, who he will want to have a relationship with, he might take the kid from her.

You think goenkas will fight for ak ? when have they ever? Infact they themselves believe ak was wrong. Everyone in updaipur thinks she is responsible for deaths that were just freak accidents. Look, whatever the case, you can't blame someone's death or someone unless they actively murdered them.

I know once Abhimanyu finds out there will likely be a custody battle, but ak is not thinking abhi will ever find out. To her she can live this pleasant guiltfree life and raise her son happily.

Akshars didn't inform Abhimanyu not because she thought he will take the full custody of child from her infact when she received the news of her surviving child she called him first but, after the last phone call between Abhimanyu and Abhinav when Abhimanyu said the dialogue that" he doesnt wanna do anything with her or child" ( which is a ruthless statement but when you see entire situation that when Abhimanyu called her back and some random guy picked the call of his ex wife, there was more or less miscommunication because Abhimanyu felt they are still talking about their dead children ), At that moment Akshra take this route of stubbornness that now I wont let him take custody of my child , we are never ever ever getting back together

So until they made it clear in the script that she didnt told Abhimanyu because she was scared that he will snatch her child we cannot made this presumption that she didnt told Abhimanyu because of her reasonable fear of being away from her child

I've said enuf on why she chose to move on..in her last ditch attempt to tell abhimanyu, he said he doesn't care for her or her child so that was it.

This last para , yes she is always shown as dumb . When somebody is dumb and unintentionally become the reason for somebody else's misery , what's the solution to it ? No matter how much they try , they can't go in the past and change what happened. One has to live with the consequences of their decisions and actions. If she doesn't listen to abhimanyus golden advice , he has the option to leave her , he did . She has the option of moving on or holding on to her past..she chose to move on. There is nothing wrong in it. Also the question of co parenting doesn't arise when the ex husband is not ready to listen to her. Not face to face nor on the phone. She chose to keep her baby away from toxicity and I totally stand by it. N I guess she was correct as abhinav gave him father's love , and respect to akshara ..he respected the boundaries she set.

Abir can be told when he is mature enuf to understand why akshu took this decision of keeping his father's identity hidden.
