Katha's love will also come in the same process, when she sees him persistently making efforts (not his current stalker-y behavior) to earn her forgiveness she will start to melt I guess.. Also Viaan - Aarav bonding - that will make her fall for him..

I just hope we get a closure to this track today and the party and truth revelation track starts from tomorrow. Story has to move forward now. They have to show Katha coming back to Earth con also.

She is extra rude coz she is extra hurt. So she is extra angry & disappointed & hence the extreme coldness, which is interesting coz it does not come with disgust!!! In her Lollipop talk or her mindvoice or her other actions, there is no evidence of disgust or revulsion towards Viaan. Also when she realises his Dubai trip fakery, there is anger but not fear. She is not afraid of him coz she knows somewhere deep that he is not a creep. All this is indicative of an attraction that even she is not overtly aware of.

Surely as a single mother & career woman in the chauvinistic Indian society men may have judged her & made overtures to her before, so why this prolongued anger & hurt in this case?

They both keep crossing that boss/employee relationship boundary without realising it. Viaan is just more obvious about it, with his stalking & questionnaires. But Katha constantly quitting (because she’s mad at Viaan) without any notice/telling anyone is also crossing that line.

They both act differently around each other. And after their ONS, they have made everything a personal issue between them.
