Will YRF get away from SSR/finance scandals now?

I was just wondering, but the question is legitimate. Aditya Chopra, Bhushan Kumar, and KJO are obviously 3 of the biggest people who pretty much only work with industry connections/extremely rich outsiders.

But with Sushant's scapegoating through blinds, it was extremely clear that YRF had a bone to pick with him. While KJO had made a few shady comments because Sushant wasn't his talent, at the end of the day, he was focused on a completely different group of people for the most part.

The blinds started early 2015 after he pretty much decided to leave YRF with Paani. When he rightly realized he was cheated with Befirke in 2017, the blinds ramped up against him in a crazy way. Spice PR both times threw him under the bus for Sara and Shraddha. [Important to point out that in May 2017, his troubles got worse when Bharathi Pradhan (YRF journo sent by Adi) trapped him with a political response he got a lot of backlash for]

However for some reason, YRF and Aditya's role in this has been glossed over time. Now over the pandemic, Adi's faced completely separate problems due to outdated casting, signing the wrong actors for projects: S & P Farrar, B & B 2, Prithviraj, Shamshera...etc. All did bad/flops.

Now we have Pathaan. Obviously this is YRF's big break. SRK is being brigaded for completely separate reasons, but even in that, SRK himself will take the religiously-motivated hits and Adi Chopra walks away far richer. Earlier, Drishyam 2 was being distributed by YRF, so they walked away with more. Kuttey, TJMM are also looking like successes. Tiger 3 is a guaranteed hit.

Did YRF, despite being a huge culprit, get away with no backlash for their actions at all? I don't even like KJO but it's obvious his personal image suffered far more.

Well, the old adage says *talk softly and carry a big stick.*

Adi Chopra does that.

So destiny will have to take care of him. Public mostly doesn't know about him.

KJo doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut about his own kaarnaame. So he gets the blame.

Karan has his own blind spots about what makes for hit films and hiring actual talent, but he's easily the most willing to change. The guy hired his biggest critic to run his company. He supports people like Anurag Kashyap. So yeah... KJo is a mixed bag.

Maybe if it makes a lot through backdoor distributors and movies like Pathaan.
