Could she understand the grave mistake she committed by separating a father from his daughter? It did not seem to me she grasped the severity of the crisis her husband was going through. She is so concerned about Mishter Shahs time pass activities that she does not mind even if it involves him insulting her. But, she did not ever feel guilty to manipulate her husband to toss his busy schedule for the Shahs. And, when Bapuji questioned her about Leela's accusation, it seemed like even after bribing the viva examiner, he asked a question out of the syllabus.
