Fb आणि current story खूप छान बांधली आहे, लिहिली आहे.

महादेव काका आणि नील चे आताचे scenes देखील छान आहेत.

Yes it is picking up and have been connected very well with flashback and current situation.

Have seen this serial twice before now rewatching the third time .....the episodes do drag at times....but they still try to stick to main storyline and there is an end that they are trying to reach to.....which is good.......also keeping in mind this serial os almost over a decade old.....so the society was a bit different then and trends were not the same as today....so takes a bit to adjusting back to those times...especially if You have never been exposed to those tv serials.....

I am watching it first time.

Never had a chance before and later by the time I could was episodes on hotstar it was removed

Watch it. It seems slow and bit scattered initially but it picks up and story is very focused and has good flow

interesting is Abhi is not agnihotri so even if he goes to her house. There is no way for usha or uma to figure out about him being their extended family member

Aad chota asta, choti viheer sort of...usually found in homes enough to satisfy personal water needs of a family. Viheer hi khup motthi aste, ani purna gavachi panyachi garaj bhagvu shakte.

A show that was broadcast about 15 years ago , still getting this much traction indicates Agnihotra is a milestone show in history of Marathi TV. I did watch this show but only quite infrequently as it was broadcast at that phase when I had almost stopped watching TV shows, I might have missed out on some other good shows too.

But from what I watched then and some episodes on youtube gave impression that it was really well written show but USP was it's cast, it was like who's who of TV at that time and all were good.

There is some criticism about Mahadev's character and that criticism is specific only to this thread, not elsewhere. IMO, Ponkshe has understood that nature of the character quite well and his bearing of Mahadev is on the spot. That is the reason his character was so popular along with that os Siddharth Chandekar.

Mahadev is not just alone, he is actually lonely with almost nobody he could talk to except his one friend, this has made him frustrated and slightly bitter. He has been saddled with a thankless job of keeping Agnihotra on, I think it was his choice maybe, but still to stay cooped up in a Wada for better part of his life keeping a fire going does not exactly make you cheery. I thought maybe Leena Bhave's character would be an oasis in his lifebut the makers decided to torture Mahadev and kept him single, if I recall correctly.
