MaAn is really an ApMaAn in the name of a relationship. Have always said that they rushed with the love story. Should have been a slow burn. Also, love story was not needed in my opinion. They could have remained best friends. People really need to come to reality if they feel that MaAn are couple goals.

I really think, as much as Adhik, Anupama-Anuj need a break. Albeit after taking back signing authority and spending quality time with/raising his daughter.

We will ALL be able to see how Anupama treats (missing) GK, Ankush-Barkha, Adhik, Dimple infront of the Shahs at Kapadia Mansion, considering Kavya-Vanraj ain't returning, Kinjal will keep globe trotting and Leela and Hansmukh ain't returing to Shah House.

Now coming to that main point, as you said she has her priorities set. She feels the need to get validation from the people who don't want her or don't care for her. She wants to prove how great of a person she is. She just wants to prove that she is a good person and can't do any wrong to anyone. She was ready to break all her relations with Devika when she revealed Vanraj's EMA. She could not listen to anything against Vanraj but now happily enjoys Anuj getting humiliated. As much as I think about her character, I keep on realizing that her aim in life is to be worshipped by everyone. As long as she does not get the desired attention, she keeps on running behind it. Since Anuj is ignoring her, she is making all sorts of dishes to win him back. Earlier, she used to feed him stale khichdi when he worshipped her. Sreemoyee was such a dignified character.

Lately I have realised that hindi ITV shows especially the Star Plus ones are very regressive and toxic. Bengali TV shows have improved over time, they also have that keeda of glorifying the FL but havent seen this level of toxicity. Let's not compare her to Sreemoyee. Sreemoyee put Rohit at the pedestal of her life after marriage

I have never seen any FL like her. ITV FLs are Mahaan, doormat, exploited, voiceless. None of them are so manipulative, hypocrite, sly and opinionated like MAA. I can not call her a doormat of SH now as she is the one who actually takes all the major decisions of that house. Kavya is the doormat Bahu.

Please do not generalize all couples suffering from infertility. Adoption in India is not an easy process. The reason why people apply for adoption yet keep trying for a child of their own is because unlike what was shown here in the show, you cannot go and pick up a child from orphanage just like that. It's a long process where many heartbreaks are involved. Hence people do try for their own child first.

I agree that the society still hasn't accepted adopted kids in general. Families still frown upon adopted kids and prefer biological kids over them but it's changing nowadays with more and more cases of infertility.

Just saying there are people out there who would do anything to have a child biological or not.

I agree that the show is showing the worst cases of adoption both in the case of Anuj where he claimed to be a caretaker and in the case of CA who is shown to be completely neglected and less favored by her foster mother. Also agree with your point that no one should adopt half heartedly. Anupama here agreed for adoption to please her newly married husband and prove she is great and loves him. Every action of hers just proves that. Any parent who adopts should adopt because they need a child and not because of anything else. Anupama should not have agreed for adoption. Being a people pleaser and spoiling an innocent kids life is so not done.

The markers are paving way for yet another child of the protagonist to hate her if at all there is a leap. The makers only want Samar to have that total understanding of his mother and all other kids to hate her for some reason. CA is proceeding towards that.
