I can see how heavily Dharma movies are nominated in every category(deserving or not). They don’t just buy awards but tamper with the nominations as well. And SRK being nominated for a cameo is just plain ridiculous itne bure din aa gye kya?.Vijay Verma didn’t get nominated for Darlings despite rave reviews for his performance he literally outshone everyone else yet no recognition and how conveniently they dissed Qala which had one of the best performances as well as the best album of the year without a doubt. All these award shows have become a huge joke they were never credible to begin with but now they aren’t even pretending to be anymore.

All I can say is my Bhais acting is hardly acknowledged also. Makes me sad. Then I think we’ll the Rock won’t win Oscar’s be he’s clearly more famous than the most recent Oscar winner (who’s name escapes me) 😆 so in that way I think big fame is above awards. Especially Bollywood ones

I am still disappointed you think Bhai is a good actor. He is a huge star for sure. He def had mass appeal at some time. But which film did you think he acted in besides, maybe Tere Naam. I have heard the original south movie is still much better in comparison.

At least I am under no illusion for Kat. I accept that she wasn't a great actress despite being extremely successful. The same is the case for Salman Bhai.

FYI: family that has met him. Seems to think he is very good person. But that does not mean good actor.

I thought Dharma had learned it's a lesson. But it does seem like they are trying to hold Tripti back if anything.

So many deserving actors/artists have been sidelined. This makes me feel happy that Bollywood is kaput.

Two main thoughts whilst reading the list of nominations. Firstly, how corrupt these fake award shows are. Brahmastra was a truly 💩 movie minus VFX and one viral song. SRK nominated? Really? And how does TKF get one token nomination? Secondly, the general standard of Bollywood has massively dropped. As seen with the BO numbers this year. The quality all round has been poor. All I’m seeing in nominations is mainly a huge SLB movie, an anticipated sequel, 2 x South copies and a massive budget movie. And yet we still ask why people are losing interest.

Did you watch jogi? It was trending top ten worldwide on netflix for days? Not a single nomination. There was no controversy around #jogi as there was around Kashmir Files. What an insult to art? Then they wonder why Bollywood is going down the drain?
