Isn't it obvious why? Same reason why in spite of hating Sai Bhavani picked sai to be the bahu who should give Chavhan khandan ka chirag. Look at Sai's gene pool VS Pakhi's. At leaast 50% chances that the baby won't be useless, obsessive, crazy & dumb. With sai as mother very high chances of being topped too.

Sadhika, do you think V did this on purpose? P informed him where she is getting the cake from. But this kind of a slip from a cake shop is not possible unless informed. How would they know who is Sai and V and their anniversary.

But then why would V spoil Savi's birthday and take that chance with the kids witness to it?

Anyways, if P did this, then Sai is proved right. P spoiled Savi's birthday. First her cake and then her accident will completely spoil Savi's day
