Which performance do you like more, and why?

Alia has no competition this year.

Tripti was blah in Qala..one note throughout. Didn't watch Gangubai so can't say about Alia.

Tripti who, Alia it is especially for how she drew the audience to the theaters with her shrill Shivaaaa jaap.

Aaloo ko award nahi mile toh award shows ko taale lagenge. Qala might win for best acting in web movie type categories or maybe critics of Alia isn't considered for those.

But Anvita, Swastika and Babil deserve awards, and if they don't, we know that yeh bik gayi hai award companiyan (pata hai, bas ek aur muhar lag jaayegi)

Tripti is very new in comparison to Aloo!

Real question should be Aloo in highway or Tripti in Qala + Bulbul

Objectively speaking, it should be Tripti. Her performance in Qala was mind-blowing.

Alia as Gangu seemed fine until I watched an actual actress at work in Qala. 😆 Aloo tried all the tropes in Gangu, but she's going to remain just above average as long there are people singing her praises for barely acceptable work.

Brahmastra was less than a flowerpot role. She was about as important as the Starbucks cup which showed up in Game of Thrones.

I hope Tripti gets recognition!
