Thank you Sherry.

I was one of the fortunate ones with Preeclampsia who had a healthy baby although it was at 36 weeks.

It was really touch and go at the end, so it saddens me to see that they are showing pregnancy complications with such a blasé attitude.

This is quite dear to me as a woman who's experienced this and also friends who has. To me this is a sensitive subject, as I know of people that had their babies everything was fine and then died from preeclampsia complications after they were discharged from hospital.

The way they handled Sai’s miscarriage was evident that they will never show Sai’s pain.
Or else where in world you see man sulking over miscarriage n infertility to a point that the woman who suffered it has to console him.

Forget emotional strength of Sai, sheer hormon change she would have gone through due to miscarriage would throw her off n on top news like infertility. They were at peak of their love, had confessed, were happy n still Virat chose to ignore her pain.

I yesterday saw a caps of Sairat first marriage. Sai had bandage on her wrist from her suicide attempt. It came to me that they never showed that again. No one at CN asked why that injury, no dressing no bandaging. How would she do it herself?

It came down to me that Since beginning its about Sai being side character that enabled Virakhi story. Even confession was run from PL’s POV. Sai’s pain is not highlighted ever, she suffered Virat n Pl’s actions but its always shown how it affects them n not Sai.
Hence we never got montage change with Sairat confession n remarriage but we did with Virakhi marriage.

Now they r using what Sai went through to address PL’s pain! How wicked!

Its our bad luck that in that one month post Sairat marriage we got attached to them n Sai.
I will wait till some one writes a FF on Sai, addressing her trauma n its impact on her. I think thats only place I will get closure from.

Thank you, it did work out for me.

I just think that if a show is going to touch on such sensitive subjects such as miscarriages, complicated pregnancy and birth, they should do justice.

Women everywhere are already blaming themselves for miscarriages which are no fault of their own.

Sometimes you replay the moment so many times and wish there was something different you could have done etc. Here we had V neglecting Sai in such a difficult moment and all he cared about was the lost baby. Yes there men like him and sometime that behaviour spell the start of a relationship crumbling.

Congratulations!! Cheers to your will power and strength❤️

And this has been our concern with the various sensitive topics they portray, and treat it with such insensitivity. without considering the impact on people watching. Only to show their drama element, they ignore the more human side of it.

Even if he saves Sai first because of logical and practical reasons and not love (easier to reach or nearer to him etc)... P will make an issue out of it...

Whatever he does... P is going to blame him... Sai will share the guilt because she will believe V should have saved P first 😭

coming from you this is huge...

so you also believe that Virat is over with sai...

Agree with everything you said. I have gone through I fertility my self. And I know few others who also had their shares of trouble n were shocked at how show handled it.

Yes there are men like Virat but they are not hailed as sensitive father n loving husband. There is so much a woman goes through physically emotionally after miscarriage n infertility diagnosis.

As you rightfully said, so much plays in your mind. There is self doubt, question on self worth because society n family’s constant pressure for babies.

And loosing husband’s support in that time is worst thing to happen. Plus here Sai has no family of hers. I am till date pissed on how they ignored a woman’s trauma and showed it as if she is just baby making machine- this way or that.

How can a baby mean more to family than a loving mother like Sai, how they all still casually blame her of loosing Vinu n no one, including Virat thinks it can hurt her as well. So triggering

I am sorry to hear you guys go through this. I was in an abusive relationship, and my in laws don’t even want to talk about it. I got divorced, it all happened very early and very soon in my life. I am glad I didn’t get pregnant otherwise leavibg would have been harder and the constant connection with the fam will be hard. I was able to get through all of it, cos of my parents and no one else.

Everyone has some past which gets triggered by such idiotic handling of the plot. ofc it’s ITV, I don’t expect anything revolutionary, but ghum lacks the very basics of what is morally right and wrong.

I come for Sai, and do MIA for sometime and keep oscialltiing . Just want ghanja addiction to leave cos it doesn’t look like it’s getting better.
