Sometimes he is clear and sometimes he's not.

One thing I noticed, many treat him like a kid. BUT he is not a kid. He is 19 going on 20 and many forget that. They break boundary by trying to pull him into hugs rather than asking him. They definitely would not do that to grown person.

Dt was pretty clear in the episode . And people here have said it was targetted at Shalin.

True Abdu isnt a kid but he does behave like one. He only likes when people praise him or are nicevto him. If not den he "targets" dem. I mean he even has any actual issues .He never converses like an adults. Even his antics are like kids ....like today on being praised by salman he kept jumping like a kid. I dnt blame contestants for thinking of him as a kid.
