Basit with Rumi would have lost his heart by the time it took to travel from the bride's house to the groom's following the nikah. Or maybe he would have run for the hills. It could go either way.

Just from the clips I've watched Rumi looks adorable... I can kind of imagine how such a character would light up Basit’s world...don't get me wrong I've nothing against Ayesha but someone like Rumi... Her being cute, bubbly and sassy while Basit all serious and rational... Such a beautiful opposites attract combination... And she would give the drama the right amount of comedic relief too... I'd prefer watching Rumi's craziness instead of Talal's family drama 🤣 Also, unlike Ayesha, Rumi's confidence level seems perfect to deal with Soha's bitchiness

Rumi is a very attractive character. She doesn't allow her husband to treat her in any way she doesn't find to be right. She immediately protests and forces him to do what she wants. But then Basit married to Rumi would have made Habs an altogether different story. As I said Rumi wouldn't have allowed Basit to leave the night of their nikah. And that would have been that for Basit's "attitude" 😆 Forget Soha, even the first separation track would not have happened. Rumi would not have allowed Basit to say all those hurtful things to his mom on his birthday and so Sadia would not have had that pressure drop and wouldn't have damaged her health. So had Basit married Rumi, they would have confessed their love within the week, Sadia would have been alive and Soha would have no reason to enter Basit's life again.

And Habs would have been named "Ummeed" (Hope) or something like that.

Ah you have to see how she deals with her husband's "family friend" who wS so despo for him just like soha....it was hilarious ..not just rumi, humzas sister and father were adorable too. ..

After ishquia I don't trust any show ..Basically they can ruin it to any extent....just don't watch the love stories here , their treatment of love stories is pathetic...only 2 places apt for lovers..mazar or asylum.. Where they start and where they end ..horrible..

There has been an ongoing debate over kaisi Teri khudgarzi..ishquia had the same premise , very different ,but humza and rumis wedding was based on a lie , while ktk wedding between the leads was based on heros obsession for this girl... So as per them it doesn't qualify for a happy ending ..once a villain always a villain ..😆 But vamps can have a field day ..obsessing over men who are not interested.

I'm definitely watching Ishqiya soon...after all of the things you guys mentioned about this drama, I'm really curious and eager to watch it... And Rumi seems such a lovely character, it's quite refreshing to have a female lead who isn't depicted as a damsel in distress cause that's a pretty much common drama trope and unfortunately I've watched a lot of those dramas.... What about KTK is it worth watching too?
