If there is custody battle virat may lose his jobs.. Bigamy, adoption and surrogacy... His marriage with p will be invalid then

Ending the farce of a marriage, he won't under normal circumstances due to his ego.

Sai claims she was waiting for him to come get her and Savi but at the same time, by not listing him as the father on the birth certificate she ensured that the law will be on her side when the time comes.

In all the drama he has created, he does not realise that he has no legal claims to Savi. He has to prove Sai is his wife first or Savi was born while he was still married to Sai. There is quite a bit he has to prove in various angles.
