Simple pa.
Cooked Rice and Thick Curd
Make the usual tempering with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillis, urad dal, and some ginger
Add curd, required water, and salt, and switch off the stove.
Mix with the rice when cooled.
Some add onions to the tempering and pomegranate seeds as garnishing, they are optional.
