OH my gosh, I haven't watched the episode, but the first few lines alone are making me cringe - yeh koi mundan ya naam karan nahi hai that you can cook at home!! Nowadays, even for 20-30ppl party, everyone caters the food as that leaves time to do other things like enjoy TIME with family, go to the salon, organize clothes, photos, theme etc - Shaadi ke ghar mein hazaar kaam hote hain, even the lower economic class ppl assign food to be made/catered.

What did Maa learn in financial literacy class, she needs to know the value of time. Time is a precious commodity and it is something that should not be wasted & used wisely.

Anuj asked her to not be stuck in kitchen on Holika dahan, he was pretty angry that day that everyone else is enjoying/celebrating and she is in kitchen catering to the good for nothing Shahs. He has always told her that he does not like her working in kitchen alone. He told her we will celebrate first then if needed everyone helps her to finish cooking or he himself will help her. If Anuj says it’s day she has to counter how it’s night with 5 panno ka bhashan.

Par Anupamaa ne kabhi Anuj ki suni hai. Use bas kitchen mein pade rehna hai. Be it when Leela forced her to or even now when she has everything on her finger tips. Yes It’s her daughters wedding. Par iss beti ne koi taare nahi tode hai bhagke shadi karke to cater to her whims and fancies and likes. Even if Anupama cooks Pakhi is not going to appreciate it. It will be kisi 5 star ya 7 star se cater kyun nahi kiya.

Dithi was rude and selfish but had self respect. She was not a free loader like this Pakhi. Oh Sree was a good mother and she reprimanded her many times not like deviji.. maari sweetudi nahi kiya usne

The problem is maa does reprimand Pakhi very sternly but then immediately in the next scenes she is shown doing thu Thu Thu, or saying mari sweetudi and all is forgiven without consequence, completely dilutes or negates what lesson she was trying to give earlier.

Many of us in this forum our mothers and we all know there is a process of correcting reprimanding bad behavior, there are consequences, and they are followed thru THEN come the sorry, hugs and kisses and we all move forward with a learning experience.

Thru AnupaMaa show is showing an extremely disgraceful example to tv watching moms/saas, that they should forgive, forget and move on when an isolent grown child's behaves disrespectfully, moms should be the ones suffering, feeling humiliated, belittled but still continue packing lunch for their abusive children -

The charm of MaAn, the savage Anupamaa (eg after she found Vanya in her bed) are GONE now it's just filler, no logic, head or tail drama, kaad after kaand

I will tell u what happened last night. So I put my daughter in time out for something she had done. She was scared seeing me upset so she stayed in timeout for 5 mins. After 5 mins I caught her checking on me if I am back to my usual fun mood!

I knew why she did that but still asked. She says, she was just checking if I am not upset anymore, she can just sneak out to her room!

You see. Kids will understand the seriousness of the situation only if u make it visible. If u yell at them one min, and next minute make a milk shake for them then they will think it was not a big deal! and It is okay. They will not seek your forgiveness anymore.

Anupama and Anuj should not have forgiven Pakhi after Pakhi kicked Anu out of shah house. Anupama gave a bhaashan that she is only allowing for rakshabandhan and Anuj also didnt say anything. But in no time they were all back together like nothing happened.

Even if she is ur daughter, u must have boundaries with her.

Bro, she doesn’t have boundaries with the people who called her characterless, witch, who tried to prove that she has lost her mental stability, who abused her for 25 years. She runs for them at a drop of hat and hugs them the very next moment they hurl abuses at her. I could have understood if she was the same Anupama who did not have the courage but she was shown to walk out and now she has again returned to square one.

And what was that peeping into Mr. Shah's room? He came out of shower and Maryada ki devi Anupama is peeping in? I understand Kavya is wife and Leela is Baa, even Leela shouldnt have!

Imagine Mr. Shah peeping in Anupama's room after she comes out of shower. Just to check which shaadi ka joda she picks for their sweetudi? Would fandom fogive him?

I dont blame Anupama for pakhis and toshus behaviour. Those two are the product of baa and Vanrajs upbringing . Anupama was not allowed to have a say in their matters as they were Vanrajs favourites and Samar is the best out of these three . Samar came out as a human who was deeply loving and understanding towards his helpless mother. Samar is what anupama brought up and Toshu pakhi are Shahs byproducts.

I will only blame anupama that after divorce vanraj baa were in no place to control the former. But she didn't try to improve her parenting skills .Anupama improved a lot after the EMA revelation. However she could still be excused as she had no strong support behind her.

But after Anuj came , nobody could lay even a finger on her but still. Giving turmeric milk , burgers to those two is so stupid. Just want to slap her on the face. And nobody even bothers to teach her .
