Sai can file for divorce and they have been living separately for years so no judge will deny it, Virat can say he doesn't want divorce and if he refuses to attend 3 consecutive hearings (I think) then Sai will win

OMG just incorporating this will make the plot so worthwile to watch. virat will not miss single court session 🤣. And Pakhi plotting so he misses the court hearings, if she is back to being negative.

None knows nor they're clearing yet which character what wants. What I see Sai seems to be falling out in love with Virat whereas Sai still affects V some way. She has accepted VP truly. If Virat wants to be with P and wants her he shouldn't be getting affected at any capacity with Sai having any man in her life.

Yes, Out of court settlement and Virat-Pakhi paying the magistrate to lie about their marriage 😆 which means their marriage was fake and both knew it

Yes I agree what you said about Sai. Virat has chance with Sai, only till her resentment will turn into nonchalance. Once she gets over Virat in her heart, there is no way he can get her back. Now she prepared her mind that Virat is not going to return. if she accepts this in her heart, whatever virat does will not reach her. Virat cant play with Sai anymore with VP. True. If he wants her, he need to show it...sooner.

Yes but that defence can only lessen his punishment in bigamy case, but this can not make his marriage with Patralekha legal till the time he legally divorces Sai.......Court can offer some remedy and maintenance order to Patralekha but nowhere can legally grant her the rights of wife till Sai is there as V's wife legally....

And yes you are right it depends on the judge whether they want to accept this defence or not, because it was Virat's negligence that he assumed Sai dead, Sai didn't know she was assumed dead.....so he is responsible for his own negligence, it can only lessen his punishment but cannot free him from the accusations.....

They have already put the legality of marriage to bed…. Sai was identified and repeatedly referred as ex-wife or first wife…. He keeps calling P as his wife he himself has established it in his head.

The only thing ever make him realize Sai’s pain and love will be if someone threatens him that Sai will be taken. See he is already showing so much Haq on Sai …. There will be no boundary for him….. it’s my guess that if he truly sees Sai is with someone or feels she is moving on that will be the end!
