This is in addition to Jaya's own past interview where she shared Amitabh told her he would like to see her around or serve him meals whenever he comes home.
It was not like only Jaya quit working due to kids.
Amitabh is very much a male chauvinist who made Jaya quit at peak of her career, insisted on marrying her though her dad was not keen that she marry him. While he himself casually spoke how he was so busy working that he never knew what class his kids studied in.
