yeah it meant imposing strict restrictions on my diet, drinking more water, cutting down on junk food. I did it without exercising as I hate exercising!

OK don't think I am taunting you because that is not my intention at all but well....if you don't feel fully satisfied deep inside, then are you game for for bariatric surgery? So many people from my inner circle lost weight after going through this procedure.
