I don't think he did it because he thought that's what Salman wanted him to do because he clearly couldn't understand the support Salman gave him even when it was explained to him like he was an eight year old.

When he couldn't understand something that was so well explained to him, decoding subtle hints are definitely not his thing.

He did what he did simply because he was too scared of being nominated again and possibly leaving the show. He wanted the immunity, there's no two ways about it. He is just too much of a wuss to admit this in front of people.

1. Sab selfish hai toh mai bhi selfish banunga then saying it is not because of immunity.

2. Ladki ki dignity maintain karni hai. ( NO idea captain banke ye kaise hoga)

3. apna real love prove karna hai ( iska bhi no idea)

4. Khana is not important than captaincy 🤪🤪

He needs some alone time with Saundarya and captain's room is the only room where he can have it. 💡Audition ke liye jaroori tha. ☺️

I honestly think he has 0 confidence and thought he was leaving, which is sad. Up till then he was a semi-strong contender. He said he wanted to have this week to clear his name but I am afraid this action might have cost it even more and it is hard to clear his name. On top of that the audience doesn't want to have a weak person who can't believe he has any potential

I agree with my real life BFF - He felt like Salman wanted him to say yes. He said no first and when SK have him time to think, he said yes.

So, he over thought the whole thing and fell in BB's trap.

Because he is a confused soul. First he said no because he thought he will sound bad but then when Salman asked him to take time he thought that it's what BB wants. 😆 Once he accepted he regretted immediately because he knows that not only the housemates but even fans will not like it. 😆 After that he gave all the abba dabba jabba explanations. 🤣 What an idiot.

The way he was begging Ankit to let him become a captain proves that he was desperate to become a captain. And the only advantage a captain has is immunity.

If BB announces that whoever is captain this week will be directly nominated, he will dump captaincy in no time 😆 bhaad mein gaya proving a point and saving soundarya's self respect blah blah jo bakwas wo kar raha tha
