Makers who had potential to be heroes

I was seeing old pics of Satyajit Ray and watching his interviews and I was struck by his good looks, height and baritone. He had great personality and was fit enough to be some hero or actor himself if he wanted.

Which other writer or filmmaker you think had potential to look good onscreen himself?

Looks average to me.

Rajat Kapoor and Parvin Dabbas look better.

And I am not surprised they did do modeling and supporting roles in films.

I respect your opinion. But beauty is really subjective. I personally think Ayan Mukherjee is better looking than some heroes.

Robert Rodriguez is an American filmmaker. He would definitely look good as a hero.

I think Shekhar of Vishal-Shekhar duo was really good looking.

Also Shekhar Kapur the filmmaker in his prime was not bad.

Shekhar Kapur was actually popular and did serials on Doordarshan and some ads for men's suits in 80s and 90s. He was indeed good looking. And had a good voice too.
