Absolutely correct. You can check the charts on the net. I got this post few months back. However, as always the case in any equity market, past performance doesn't guarantee future performance.😊

this may be a bull-trap. Despite not having favorable data, the markets are rallying. Sometimes they call it short-covering , sometimes they say bargain-hunting and so on. Common man like me makes mistakes on such days of hurriedly buying something which becomes a regret later on.

No, today is not the day to buy. Markets will go down after US election. That should be your opportunity.

IMF is very optimistic about India's inflation rate and GDP in general. So Indian markets might remain mostly stable for a while.

However it is not possible for Indian mkts to entirely decouple from the global scenario. So far they have shown significant resilience. How long it can sustain we don't know.

True that. Though interest rates are going down in India while they keep going up all over the world.

This is the worst inflation in the US since 1982 yet they refuse to accept that we are in a recession.

Interest rates are going up in India too. They have been continuously hiking since last 3-4 meetings. On 28th sept' 22 last RBI meeting- repo rates were hiked by 50 basis points and total so far 140 points in last 6 months. This is too steep.

Deep down...

They will end in the red.

Companies have lots of debt and as interest rates rise , they are in trouble. Though this is not the reason why the market is down today.

Tech stocks are really bleeding.

Many Q3 earnings results scheduled today.

JP Morgan

Wells Fargo

United Health

US Bancorp

Tesla

Citigroup

indian IT stocks doing well as of now now. Analyst claim IT index and individual stocks found support. Downsize limited as per them but looking at nasdaq close on Friday I think lower levels will come definitely sooner than later.
