Who makes better film; Bollywood, South or Hollywood industries?

People who want to tell great stories and let great stories be the center rather than stars or VFX.

Malayalam > Tamil > Hindi > Telugu as far as quality of content goes.

Hollywood has a lot of trash but some really good ones too. It's similar to Bollywood in terms of how good the content is.

Every industry makes good films as well as bad films. There's no industry that's superior or best.

Bollywood content BOLD ... Tollywood action TOLLED.

All industries make some good films and some bad

Bollywood should stop (or at least reduce) the remakes and nepotism. In other industries, it may exist but Bollywood does it to an alarming level. At least the nepokids in the South are talented.

In Hollywood sometimes they have good stories but a lot of the films are not films I can watch with my family

Hollywood def has the best production value still. Not saying that necessarily means overall quality is better.

Bollywood, South and Hollywood are a product of the structures of their respective societies.

Films which tell stories rather than act as star vehicles.
