They're in a way glorifying bigamy by showing the legal wife as the other woman and celebrating marriage anniversary of virat and his illegal wife..and they have based this illegal marriage to adopt a kid as well.

This is not larger than life fiction.this is giving a message out to the public that you can flaunt a second wife even when the first wife is alive.
