I think their relationship has a lot of complicated layers, and that’s why it’s not easy for them be on the same page emotionally. For Pri, you can tell she has genuine feelings for him, and I think she could have accepted he doesn’t feel the same way, if not for the fact that they’re both super close and comfortable with one another; I feel like their friendship blurs the line sometimes and it makes it harder for her.
Maybe Ankit sees her as just a friend, but he also seems like someone who doesn’t openly express his feelings about what he wants. From what we’ve seen so far, he cares about her too, and I think that’s why she asked him “what is this” when he tried comforting her - like, are you doing this as a friend, is it something more, what are we doing.
If you love someone and they say they don’t love you, but they constantly do things that makes you think they do, I think it would be difficult to process and understand.
But this is just me guessing.
I really like their friendship; I think it’s so nice to see two people who are at so much ease with one another, and I really appreciate they’re not playing it up for the cameras.
Anyway, I’m glad Pri is doing really well so far 💗
