My point is when it comes to akshu its her trauma bt when it comes to abhi its being selfish, this way akshu was also selfish on mehndi to expect abhi to forgive arohi for almost killing his mother.

I get it there will always be certain viewers who just connect more with one character than the other for whatever reason and they become very entrenched in their feelings about the character its like that character cannot do any wrong or they given major leeway.

Akshara is a family girl - yes agreed she’s a pure soul. But did she have any right to use Abhimanyu in the process to solicit her vile sisters love and approval? He time and again said I don’t love Arohi but she didn’t budge - purely blinded by Arohis love. Abhimanyu did a huge mistake by asking Arohi to marry her - did Akshara stop him even once? Abhimanyu not being family man - I’ve discussed this 100 times earlier and it’s going in circles. He never saw any love in family other than Manjiri and Neil. Who was he reciprocate love to if he didn’t get any? He always loved Goenkas family bonding from beginning. So I don’t buy he was never a family guy.

Regarding vamps - it’s not about giving them limelight. It’s about directing anger and placing anger where it actually belongs. These are actual perpetrators and have to be exposed.

For me Abhi craved the love of family (the idea of what a normal family should be) because his family was broken and toxic. And because of that he wasn't interested in his own family and hence in that context Abhi was not a "family" man. He then preferred to keep to himself at times to protect himself. And also the family dynamic in his house is Anand and his family and then Harshvardhan and his family. If his cousin is being reprimand he is ordered to stay out as it is their family matter not his. So its like a fracutered family.

And because of his own experience with his parents he has a particular view about relationships and love. He has only learned to break not mend relationships as that is his coping mechanism to protect himself from hurt and pain. While Akshu just tries to mend and bring all her relations along even if some are not worth it.

There has to be a balance. You should know when to stop or break toxic relationships but you should also learn to mend good relationships as well.
