the example in that thread about harkat is interesting. The song they picked is a song I had posted a while back. Iss mod pe. I had noticed Lata Di's "variations" around "mod" too.

Hey Nathu, loved hearing your voice with the music, you sound really good with track, and suits this song perfectly, so keep it up and hope to hear more songs with music. Your sense of rhythm is awesome, and you don't go off tempo.

Second version you added more harkats, the first verse is brilliant, your second verse was in the correct scale, although slightly flat at the high note, but it was the better attempt, in the first attempt, second verse was off scale, just providing some constructive feedback, as I said, would love to hear more songs with music.

You are right about both versions. In the first version the second verse needed an even higher scale (which is why it is sounding slightly off at start of the second verse) so i tried again. but my voice was already giving up when I pushed myself to try that scale hence i was on the verge of sounding squeaky and out of breath singing those lines 😆

I realised singing with track is much more difficult as u can't take liberties with scale and tempo.. While without track u can adjust the scale to ur comfort and sing the lines slowly to get more breathing space and throw of voice.

I will definitely be singing songs with music now. It's more difficult and gives a better learning experience 🤓
