When it comes to the US stock market - Is this a bottom? No way

But the market can still rally and clean up all the shorts in the system before it can resume downtrend again. S&P500 will head towards 3000 but not now.

It's 4 weeks before mid term elections, Democrat supporters will keep market stable until after the election. Wait & see what happens. Wait till after Christmas.

Markets in US rebounded from lows and closed slightly negative. Are they taking technical support ?

They're saying the rally will continue. My guess is until the mid term elections we'll see some yo-yoing. Pretty sure there is some technical support if not completely.
