Sai loyal with No Jagtap connection

Virat and Patralekha complex marriage (if it remains like now)

Savi revelation

Vinu’s parentage.

In all this fake pregnancy and heart attack serve no purpose in story progression. It did in KD but here it will only serve as ancillary stories with no major impact.
