I would say that hit him hard. It was like she was telling that to him. Like reality hit him

She is perfect for him but there are so many complications, he can just dream of her, she can't become his reality (according to him)

Actually I think its the other way round... I mean both like each other and are perfect for one another. But she told jo hume perfect lagta hai voh mil jaate yeh jaruri nahi, compromise toh karna padta hai.

Probably it hit him that she may think he is perfect but they can't be together due to age factor. Toh compromise karna padega (like choosing another guy of her age). May be he thought she is indirectly rejecting him or something like saying I may like you but we can't be together

Uske baad hi he was like sahi jaa rahi ho...

Idk I just felt a slight sarcasm and bitterness in his words here. Like telling her you are smart, you know whats better for you type

It’s so interesting how he goes between personal and then just completely focuses on work or like “go do your work” but when she goes the first thing in the morning .. he’s staring at her face and lost for words. He can’t even think abt the word “presentation” or remember the company’s name. And he’s there until she mentions the guy. Phir sab kaam yaad aa gaya use 🤣🤣

it was so like "theek hai fir" wala scene (mere signature dabba me hai uska gif) as long as he needs info he can be in personal mode.. he gets the info and figures out is se jyada unload i cant handle he goes to professional mode... he changes his switch way too often and as per his will.

And yesterday in precap i couldn't figure out the emotions in eyes when he was asking vidhi to not to talm personal stuff as with that much context i couldn't get any sad lover wali feeling... and after watching it today with full context i get it he has lil sarcasm or taunt in his eyes..

ke abhi personal baat bahut hui.. is se jyada nahi sun na mujje tumhare Devta ke baare me.. to bas kare personal talk.... he wasnt happy for sure.

and yes how come he couldn't say presentation, even company ka naam... matlab Vidhi ko dekhte hi Dev sir sab kucj bhul jate hai.. aisa kaise chalega Dev sir company duub jayegi.. use bolte ho kaam pe dhyan do aur aapka apna dhyana ka kya 😅

abhi ruk jao.. itti jaldi Devta ko ignore mat karo.. abhi agli meeting baki hai devta se.. fir decide karenge wo kitte pani me hai.

but Vidhi and her adjectives are superb.. matlab Devta jaisa perfect Ladka jaisa kalu chacha ka Khopra Pak.. matlab Dev ki vocab gajab enhance hone wali hai Vidhi ki sangat me...

i am imagining.. once ViDev fall in love Dev start using such Vidhi words in his family talk and SW be like ye kaha se seekha tumne Dev.... and Dev bechara just hiding his silly grin 😁

I will say though, after she told him abt the guy and then the other company’s offer - Dev did cut her off everytime she tried saying something .. so that is in a way maintaining distance ?

I don't think Dev is trying to maintain any distance or anything 🤣 voh toh he got irritated with Vidhi's description of NRI guy so declared no personal talks🤣

Looks like the party is might be the company get together which Dev mentioned or that Amba was telling lets have a party to celebrate the collab😆

And dhamakedaar part was aaj Amba ko clearly bol diya Dev ne ki he doesn't have any pyar mohabbat for her. Thank God he spelled it out to her how usne shadi ka mazak bana diya hai
