Geo has q history of trivializing the worst crimes women face. I thought they couldn't go below the marital rape normalization they showed but boy did they prove me wrong. This drama is a milder version of Raja ki ayegi baraat . Pathetic.. simply pathetic

Did you watch Chauraha? Junaid didn't rape Zoya. He kidnapped her to get money.. and released her when he found out that she came from a poor family..

And the funny thing is, last episode main ek dam sy zoya ko khayal aye ga usky saath jo hua uss main sara qasoor uska hi tha. Junaid ka nhi 😂🥴

I did not like the way they projected Arsal's character. Zoya was always rude with him. She first used him, betrayed him. When he got serious. She backed off. Ok fine, but instead of projecting him as weak person, they can simply show that he backed off as he got it that zoya never loved him.

Dekha jaye toh zoya has lied na. If arsal as her to be husband asked about details what's wrong in it. Just to show that brave kidnapper is strong person they mistreated arsal's character.

Still glad that junaid got punishment.

I neither liked the ending nor disliked. Zoya became an independent girl who started working in different city. That's good.

Junaid came back from jail after being punished. He asked zoya to accept his proposal but she rejected him.

Now my take is, If they wanted to show this ending then why they redeemed junaid so much. If they redeemed him, then zoya could have accepted him.

Also if zoya was not interested in junaid why he rejected arsal. Yes girls can be independent. But marriage is also a important part of life. Especially in zoya's case. She has only her mother. After her mother she may left alone. She needs a good life partner.

I agree the ending was disappointing. But this drama is no different from Gissi Bitti Mohabbat where the fl ended up being independant. I think the message is that you don't need to get married to anyone . If there's someone worthy of you then it is fine . If not you can continue being independant. 😃

I think in our society cases of unmarried girls are increasing.. and maybe this drama wants to encourage them that it is ok. You can live alone.. life is possible.. and you can find many things to do. Sometimes men are only headache.

Junaid has no qualifications.. no job or buissness.. his future is unclear because now he has a criminal past.. how can he be worthy of Zoya? Also maybe the drama makers didn't want to get into the sensivity of step bro and sis getting married.😕

Saying all that.. I still feel Zoya was heartless .. she didn't fall for any of those handsome guys.. how could she?😲
