Enigmatic Alina

I have never understood what Alina was. She behaved like human most of the time.

And then there are weird scenes where her family is like u r the weakest werewolf leader our clan ever got.

Or the scenes where she calls lightening on jeh by screaming and ofcourse potion things.

So what do you guys think she was.

They try to make Alina sweet nerdy girl. But i couldnt connect they were trying to potray Alina as bechari. Sbd suddenly she transform herself after falling in love. Glasses gone, i think she had braces as well or was it someone else??
