If my actions wouldn’t change the present then what’s the point.🤔

I haven’t been alright for a long time but presently it’s like every bad thing is happening at once. Life moves on though, and I just have to do what I’ve been doing all my life, which is to smile and cope. You know when you’re going through shit and you start thinking about the good times? I’m like that 24/7 and the only way I deal with it when regret begins to suffocate me is by daydreaming about an alternative universe where I can undo my past and get a chance to re-live it. Sorry for the word-salad but it’s hard to pen down my emotions.

Going to sleep, goodnight. xo

Also, would you travel in time if your actions couldn't change the present? That's the tricky part.

I would like to travel back to March 13th 2021. The happiest day of my life❤️

Maybe some wedding I attended in my single days. 😂

A lot of bad things happened to me last week. But the choice we can make in the face of adversity is to keep fighting and be strong and optimistic. We owe that to ourselves❤️

I wish you all the best and hope whatever troubles you goes away soon.

Love you sweetheart❤️

I can understand, because I myself have never been articulate enough when it comes to expressing my thoughts.I know it gets so difficult at one point that nothing feels good but I guess we have all been there. I hope you get someone to talk to and don’t have to go through it alone. Wish you all the love and strength ❤️ I know you would come out of it better and stronger ⭐️

Yes. I know that feeling well. Shit hits the ceiling and you find comfort in being nostalgic for the good times. This thought process didn’t help my present though. So I hope you find the strength to move on and enjoy your present the way it is. 💜

I know and I can rationalise with it when I’m trying to be logical, but when your present time is so miserable, you can’t help but look over your shoulder and drive yourself crazy over “what if” situations.

I think most people experience this regret more often than not. I used to be so hung up on “what if” for lot of my decisions. For every small and big thing I did, I would go back and overthink things. My husband got me out of it. He taught me to forget and move on.
After I had kids, I am much better at letting past go. I don’t want them to grow to be regretful in life and so I want to be better role model. When you are so wired to overthink, it’s not easy. It may not look like but believe me, things will work out for you. And when they do, remember there’s only way forward. Apply it firmly in your life.

IKR. There are things in our lives we all wish we could change but sometimes when we look back on them, we realise that they have made us stronger, more experienced and we learn to cherish the good moments and people much more. Everything is a lesson indeed, it’s all about perception.
