There is no thread to put a request for opening forum's threads. You have to send PM.

Is it in FF forum? If yes, you can give me the link. We don't have a thread as such where people can request threads to be opened in the FF forum, atleast, if there was one, it's inactive. You can now just pm me in the link (if the thread is in FF forum) and I can open it for you. If it's a FF section book, isn't now a thread and you and the FFEs have almost equal editing rights, so you can edit the status on your own. If it's a thread in any other forum, you can contact the GMs.
