i think they should have made the ladies sing ghazals also. Just imagine listening to beautiful ghazals in their lovely voice. Afaic, regional is fine if it were a regional show and there's a specific audience for it that gets it. For guys like me who can barely understand even punjabi (my ethnic language), this one's going to be tricky.😆 It would have been so much more fun for me personally (and so much easier) if I knew a regional language, this one time. I think I should get extra points for just attempting this.

I think for anyone who can't speak any other language other than Hindi and English, the best choice is to pick songs from regional languages which are also popular in Hindi with Hindi lyrics. At least you don't need to worry about tune.

We would love to listen to different types of songs/Ghazals in lovely voices of all contestants.👍🏼
