Tbh the scene was well written but Aishwarya's acting was meme worthy. And it'd have been convincing if it was some other woman or if Pakhi hadn't been made this evil on the show that's why it looks ridiculous.

They should have added one line n Pakhis dialogue. Waise tho tumne Mera bahot kuch dekh chuke ho during delivery time.
