I remember in the first season of Kasuti, Komolika and Mr. Bajaj was called back because the audience liked them. The story with Mr. Bajaj from the starting was that he was going to be evil but the audience liked him so much that EktaMa turned him into a 3rd lead, along with Anurag and Prerna.

The audience has been demanding for changes for the longest time and the TRP reflect that but the makers are down on their knees in front of leadben and change the storylines only due to her whims and fancies.

True ronit Roy became fav of audience and fans started liking prerna rishabh jodi. Even Anurag character was not that popular. And ekta did what fans wanted.

That is what is so frustrating with this show. They can update the story so easily and it wouldn't even take any effort but they don't want to. I don't get it. Why are the makers behaving like this? Is it because they are upset that their prized possession bhabhi doesn't get the love that they want her to get, so they will won't ever give good lines to Raavi to say? Like what is the problem.

They have written Raavi so well but they don't want her to become stronger as an individual, why? Ugh, it is so frustrating.

The makers will never show stronger Raavi than Dhara which the audience want so badly. The few times they showed her standing up to Shiva during Kanwad Yatra, standing upto Kandyas during Janmashtami, stopping Shiva’s engagement, all shot up the TRPs and some did not like fact that Raavi brought the TRPs up than who they thought actually would. After the 3rd angle track was over, every track of Shiva- Raavi from thereon had BhabiMa’s interference until the recent SM track.
This is another reason why thhe makers had to scrap Shiva’s education track because BhabiMa would have no role if they followed the OG verbatim as Raavi would be Shiva’s support throughout instead they brought Shiva vs Rishita competition track where BhabiMa can get involved.

If this show shuts down before the intended goal the PH and makers p had set for themselves to reach a certain number of episodes, it will be due to their ways to pit BhabiMa at the pedestal every single track. They don’t understand no one character can pull the show, its a collective effort.

That is something I don't understand. The higher the TRP the higher the add revenue is for not just Sitara but also for the PH. Netflix, Disney +, and HBO Max are launching add supported tiers on their streaming services and advertisers are going to want to pick the shows that get to have their adds. I am not sure how advertisement works in India, but why would advertisers want to pay Sitara money to put their adds on a show that doesn't get a lot of TRP. Off course they would choose the higher TRP getters because it is a guarantee that the audience would see their add. A while back it was mentioned here that the MA show earned 85 lakhs per month and PS earned only 15 lakhs, I don't remember exactly what was written so I am paraphrasing here. There has to be a reason for it. What brings in higher TRPs is proven but they refuse to course correct.

I feel like I am some insidious monster for constantly saying that the PH is on leadben's payroll but there has to be a reason for constantly shoving her down our throats. They keep proving this is the only reason why she is everywhere, when she doesn't need to be.

This is the only show of the PH that is currently on air, why not put in their best effort to make this show the best they can make it. Ekta has 8-9 shows on ITV right now and many of them have higher TRPs than PS, which is the only show of the PH. Not saying those shows are better or worse than PS but PS is so bad that nobody has any faith that it will be corrected or that it will have any increase in TRP.

Man she is controlling. I have never seen this level of dhandhali. High time for her to accept the reality that the audience doesn't like her as much as they like ALICE and Raavi. SHE'S IN DENIAL ABOUT BEING IN DENIAL.🤗🤪 doing unconscionable things like spreading rumours and shit won't do her any good. What goes around comes back around. It hits you hard!!!

I have no problem if GauRa have their own track, DevTa their own track and ShiVi their own track. My gripe is that the makers try to include BhabiMa in every track even when she is not needed and make her interfere in everyone’s life.
I don’t see Dev, Rishita, Shiva or Raavi making decisions for Gautam or Dhara when the track is about them. Whereas, Dhara is involved in others tracks and makes decisions for them, that’s what is irritating me more. Dhara getting involved in every track would work pre-leap because the brothers were kids, Suman was completely paralyzed and bed ridden, Gautam needed a support system and Dhara was that support system, but now that devars are adults, show some tracks where it is about them and their life and not BhabiMa deciding what they have to do😕 Along with devars, their wives are affected by BhabiMa’s involvement.
Just like how BhabiMa wants devars and their wives to stay outside and support her and Gautam when it is their track, what’s wrong in us expecting her to stay outside of other couples tracks? She is too overbearing and imposing😕

Ekdum correct, single starrer shows are old news now. You can take Brad Pitt for starters, the guy is doing multi-starrer movies where he's a parallel lead or a sidey, but has a huge impact on the overall movie. Times have changed.
